
2010 Expo lottery plans to sell
The Shanghai World Expo-themed welfare lottery is going to start a nationwide selling on Friday.
The launching ceremony will be held at the Century Square on Nanjing Road. You can buy the lottery in these two sales points, the Grand Gateway shopping mall in Xujiahui District and the the Thumb Plaza in Pudong.
The tickets will display seventeen designs of four series of themes. The unit price will vary from five Yuan to twenty Yuan.
You will see tickets with some impressive pavilions of the 2010 Expo, 2010 Expo mascot Haibao, and also some tourism attractions of Shanghai.
Up to 65 percent of revenue from ticket sales will be used as prize money. The rest will be donated to May 12 earthquake-affected areas in Sichuan Province to aid quake reconstruction.
