Queen of pole vault together with Shanghai Children to look forward to 2010 Expo

Yelena Isinbayeva, the queen of pole vault from Russia, visited Li Ning Shanghai flagship store, after having achieved the three successive championships in Shanghai Golden Grand Prix athletics meet yesterday.

She joined many pupils with a friendly painting play to express the yearning of the Shanghai World Expo and constant pursuit for high-standard breakthrough.

She was very happy to have an intimate contact with Shanghai Children as the Russia Expo ambassador, Isinbayeva said.

Isinbayeva also hoped that there would be more champions of track and field, and more masters.

Wu Yongjian, the designer of Shanghai Expo mascot”Haibao”, made pictures for Isinbayeva and gave it to her as a present.
