The number of the participators to Shanghai World Expo will break the world record

Yang Xiong, vice Mayor of Shanghai and deputy director of Shanghai World Expo Executive Committee, said that, there have been 192 countries and 50 international organizations which have confirmed their participation in Shanghai World Expo.

The number of the participators is hoped to break the world record.

Shanghai World Expo would be a world-famous event, yang said, many countries didn’t lower the standard but increase the participation input despite of the global economic crisis.

They expressed that Shanghai Expo should be considered as a platform for the world development prospect, which would encourage people to overcome the crisis.

It is reported that China’s exhibition area would include the National Pavilion and other national participation including provinces, autonomous regions, cities and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.

Shanghai World Expo is expected to attract 70 million visitors from home and abroad, yang said, Shanghai will put emphasize on the Hospitality Services for Expo visitors.

At present, the organizer of Shanghai World Expo is preparing for the work plans on security, traffic, food hygiene, volunteer organizations and visitor reception.
