
U.S. Pavilion to recruit volunteers
Recently, U.S. pavilion launched a recruitment in 2010 Shanghai World Expo official site.
American undergraduates or postgraduates are encouraged to take the interview by contacting a cooperation project “Practical Project for Campus Ambassadors” organized by U.S. pavilion 2010 Expo and University of Southern California.
The applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents without any professional constraints. Besides, a good knowledge of spoken Chinese, experience on public relations, good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to diversity of social and culture are needed.
Meanwhile, the applicants will work from April 15 to June 31 or from June 16 to October 10. The service term will last about three months and applicants will work four days per week after a two-week pre-job training.
U.S. pavilion will provide round air tickets and be responsible for accommodation, meals, transportation and other related costs in Shanghai.
