Expo snacks selection
Yesterday morning, Song Yun old shop in Shanghai Town God’s Temple opened and many people crowded in front of its gate. Shanghai famous snacks, such as pigeon eggs, sweet-scented osmanthus pull cakes, chicken and duck blood soup, are on the table at the gate. And these are the famous “14 Dim Sum” brought out for Prince Sihanouk.
Song Yun old shop is divided into four parts, respectively “Man Yuan Chun”, “Ningbo dumpling shop”, “Asian cuisine” and “Song Yun Restaurant”. Yesterday, apart from “14 Dim Sum”, visitors and citizens also taste Ningbo flavor snacks and a total of 200 kinds of snacks from Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and other places.
Since catering in Shanghai Town God’s Temple has successfully won the bidding and becomes food court in Zone C of Expo site, Song Yun shop sets up a “comment box” and welcomes customers to name “my top ten favorite snacks”, and the selected snacks are expected to appear in Expo site next year.
