Tunisia showcases extraordinary architecture and cultural heritage

Tunisian official said that Tunisia will participate in Shanghai World Expo from May 1 to October 31 and they hope take this opportunity to display Tunisian achievements in politics, economy, culture, society and other fields, thus boosting Tunisia’s international image.

According to this official, Shanghai World Expo is the most important event in 2010, and then about 200 nations and international organizations from all over the world will participate in the event and demonstrate their achievements in art, architecture, culture, tour and other fields. Tunisia will be fully involved in it. Under the theme of “Hospitable City”, the 1,000-square-meter Tunisia Pavilion focuses on the display of hospitality and cordially invites worldwide people to visit tourist sites in Tunisia.

In addition to showing the unique architecture and cultural heritage, Tunisia also wants to rely on the Shanghai World Expo to explore the international markets and seek new partners, hoping find investment opportunities for private enterprises.
