New Zealand Pavilion gives you a unique sensory experience

According to New Zealand Trade Minister Tim Groser, Shanghai World Expo is New Zealand’s largest investment in the history of World Expo, and currently New Zealand Pavilion has entered the final stage of preparation. During the Expo, New Zealand Pavilion will bring a unique sensory experience to audiences.

Given the increasingly close relations between New Zealand and China, the New Zealand government invested 30 million New Zealand dollars (about 130 million RMB) to participate in Shanghai World Expo. New Zealand Pavilion is expected to receive 17 million visitors and it will use animation, audio, video, and other multimedia technology to showcase New Zealand’s multi-culture.

The theme of the pavilion is “Cities of Nature: Living between Land and Sky”, which is inspired by the Maori creation story of Tane (the forest god).
