Italy to showcase 'Rome Experience' at 2010 Shanghai World Expo

ROME - Italy's capital will showcase the lifestyle of its people at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
With its theme of "The Rome Experience," the events and projects to be staged by Rome have a double goal: promoting Rome's image on the international stage and opening up opportunities for Roman firms wanting to do business in China. And Rome has all credentials to be an ideal model of the Expo's theme 'Better City, Better Life' thanks to its unique historical and architectural beauties, life quality and style.
Among the entertainment activities to be staged at the World Expo, there will be a fashion show of Rome's major wedding dress designers, and the blind Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli is expected to perform twice at the Expo.
