The sole official World Expo hotline at +86-21-962010 features multilingual service, covering 12 languages including English, French and Japanese.

The 24-hour hotline is operated by China Telecom in cooperation with 962288, the Shanghai Call Center.

Hotline staff can help with licensed products, ticketing, volunteer recruitment, site tours, visitor services and complaints.
